Mayor Lawlor Discuss Guelph Street Corridor Secondary Plan

The town of Halton Hills is undertaking a Guelph street corridor secondary plan to transform the primary Georgetown commercial artery into a vibrant, mixed-use area. the project focuses on intensifying the area between maple avenue and hall road/McFarlane drive with 4–12 storey mixed-use buildings, featuring residential units above retail. Last week the town showcased plans to the public, today Mayor Lawlor joins to discuss the plan and how the town has reacted.
