Evander Holyfield Knocked Out By Vitor Belfort, Sad End To The Only 4 Times Heavyweight Boxing Champ

The Man who broke Muhammad Ali's Record, Evander Holyfield Shocking knockout by Vitor Belfort Former and only 4 times Heavyweight boxing champion Evander Holyfield Faced Vitor Belfort the former light heavyweight and heavyweight U.F.C, M.M.A champion on September 11, 2021 000, in a fight billed as " No Holds Barred" Heavyweight boxing exhibition match, with Vitor Belfort 37 years old and Evander Holyfield almost 60 years Old. The fight was a nightmare for Evander Holyfield from the opening bell. Belfort most definitely came to fight and by beating an almost 60 year old Holyfield, all over the ring. Holyfield looked heavily muscled and moved fast for his age, but could not land a glove on Belfort. Holyfield threw a wild punch that missed Belfort altogether, that caused Holyfield to lose his balance and collapse into the ropes. As the fight continued in round 1, Belfort came on the attack and was clearly here to win, he was hitting Holyfield with heavy crosses and uppercuts, Holyfield could barely protect himself by holding his gloves up. As the 2 men stood toe to toe, Holyfield seemed to trip over Vitor Belfort's foot causing Holyfield to tumble across the ring before collapsing into the ropes. Holyfield managed to get to his feet showing the heart that took him to 4 heavyweight boxing championships. But this only made things worse for the former boxing legend, as Belfort upped the tempo and clearly wanted to knock Holyfield out to make a point. Holyfield was battered all over the ring and offered no defence. Clearly the ref had seen enough, and thankfully stopped the fight near the end of the first round, to prevent Evander taking any more punishment. Though, this was an exhibition boxing fight, Holyfield could not even last a round and looked as though he had no intention to fight, but only to collect the sizable pay check of $400'000 It's hard to imagine a fighter who has earned close to half a Billion dollars was apparently struggling financially, and this was said to be his main motivation coming into this fight. He was completely and utterly beaten by a man who has hardly ever had a boxing fight, though, who had come to win and gave his absolute best. Evander Holyfield will still go down as one of the greatest Heavyweight boxers in history though, the sight of seeing him in this fight, leaves a stain on your memories of this once great fighting warrior.
