Together with Beyond Blue, Australia Post is delivering the goods for mental health and wellbeing to communities across Australia. Each year we distribute millions of free prepaid postcards to help people connect, by encouraging them to take the time to write a note to a friend or loved one, to remind them you’re thinking of them.
