Description
When you go into an in-and-out (or any hesitation), if your shoulders stay square and tall, defenders don’t react. They’re reading your chest and hips, NOT just the ball. If your upper body doesn’t commit, neither will they.
Here’s what most players do WRONG:
- Keep their shoulders level
- Move only the ball
- Stay upright with no real weight shift
Here’s what works:
- Dip your dominant shoulder forward to sell the drive
- Shift your weight hard to that side
- Get the defender to open their hips
- Then explode out of it
The in-and-out is all about making the defender believe you. If you can do that, this move will be very effective 💪
