TS HAGUPIT (CALOY) has weakened into a Tropical Depression (TD) as it tracks WNW to Northward across the Philippine Sea. Unfavorable Atmospheric Environment continues to take a toll on the cyclone. The TD is forecast to dissipate into a remnant Low Pressure within the next 12 to 24 hours as it remain over open waters. Unless regeneration occurs, this is the final update on HAGUPIT.
