DFW Disruptors #2 - Frank Hernandez & Jen Hui of King Kups

Frank Hernandez & Jen Hui run King Kups, a restaurant/food truck based out of Mckinney, TX. In this episode, they tell us how their vastly different backgrounds gave way to their unique business partnership, as well as how they managed to survive 2020. Frank was a DJ that came from the corporate world and Jen is a physical therapist with a passion for food. They are absolutely staples of the McKinney community, lending their space at 202 N Central Expy, McKinney, TX 75070 to local small business owners to set up shop once a month, as well as being involved in various community events like this past Juneteenth celebration at Finch Park. Not only do they have an excellent product, what Frank calls Cali-Mex food, but they are great people too! They exemplify the spirit of entrepreneurship and have the heart and work ethic to match.
