Rice Paper Croissant I saw 'Rice Paper Croissant' trending ono YouTube and I had to try it myself to see if it's any good. It looks like a croissant but I think it's closer to rice cake. Rice cake with a crunchy shell, pastry like smell, and subtle sweet taste. i think it'll work really well with red bean paste. One downside is that it's too tough to chew when it's cold... briefly microwaving/air-frying might save it.
