Diplomat and alumnus Dr David Harland has worked in some of the world’s most challenging conflict zones, through his work at the United Nations and as Executive Director of the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue. In this conversation with Carol Hirschfeld, he reflects on a career dedicated to peacebuilding, showing how the courage to talk with everyone, even adversaries, can bring hope and stability to divided communities.
