𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬. 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞. #𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 When the people around you commit to their growth, it’s easier for you to commit to yours. Today was another day rebuilding strength in the knee I injured in June. Every session is a reminder that, just like dog training, it’s consistency—not perfection— that brings you progress. Unfortunately, this year I have had several injuries, however as the old thing goes; “𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬.” And just like dog training, I like to turn my gym time into a game that I love to play consistently.
