We learn how to create this pressure using physical leverage in the human body which helps create a more dominant jiu-jitsu game by physically discouraging counters and/or escapes. Jiu-jitsu techniques such as “the muffler”, crossface, and “Mother’s Milk" create mental distraction such as pain and/or lack of breathing ease.
