Part two of making a red carpet dress inspired by Shinobu Kocho for @rachelszero to wear to the premiere of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba: Infinity Castle 🦋 In this part (day 3 and 4) I spent a lot of time dyeing the dress so it can be ready for stage final touches. I’ve only ever used Rit dye so I stick with what I know but their synthetic dye didnt work too well with the polyester fabric. I hope to try a different brand in the future because this took way too long. It was probably the most challenging and exhausting part of making the entire outfit. Mostly because im inexperienced at dyeing too. Stay tuned for the final part and reveal!
