BUTTER CHEESE HANDI
Ingredients
Chicken tikka pieces 250 grams
White chicken masala 2 tbsp
Green chilies 7–8
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Cheese cube 1
Fresh cream 3 tbsp
Curd 3 tbsp
Chili flakes ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
White chicken masala 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Chicken 250 g
Capsicum julienne 15–18
Amul fresh cream 3 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
White pepper powder as required
Salt to taste
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
Cashews 7–8
Milk ½ cup
Butter 3–4 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
METHOD FOR WHITE TIKKA
Marinate chicken tikka pieces with white chicken masala, green chilies, coriander leaves, cheese, fresh cream, curd, and chili flakes. Leave for 2 hours, then shallow fry. Grind cashews and desiccated coconut with milk to make a paste.
