Police: 1 person dead after drowning in Chesapeake

One person has drowned on Catrinia Lane in Chesapeake Friday, police said. Chesapeake Police confirmed a drowning of an adult in the 900 block of Catrinia Lane. They said the incident does not appear to involve foul play.
