Simple tips to overcome body image issues. Keep a journal. Write down the things that you're grateful for about your body. The things it does for you from the time you were born till the time you die. The way it's working nonstop in harmony. Okay? What it does for you so selflessly. So the least we can do is give it some love back. Second thing, exercise releases endorphins. It improves the metabolic profile and the patient's mood. It's an immediate mood booster, and even if your physique doesn't change much within a day of exercise, you will immediately feel better about yourself. And of course, stay away from social media because sometimes we cannot help but compare ourselves with people we perceive to be more beautiful than us, people who are, you know, luckier than us. So take a break from social media. That really can help sometimes. And avoid comparisons, especially with celebrities or other people in general. Okay? And celebrities and media outlets have to be very responsible as to what they project as idols of beauty. And we, as consumers, also have to be aware that these people have at their disposal literally every single resource in the world to correct and treat any perceived flaw to make themselves more attractive. So it's not something that they're born with, most people, you know. So you don't have to feel bad about it. So first thing is do not compare yourself with a celebrity, or never compare yourself with anybody for that matter. And fifth, identify patterns of self-talk. Identify in which situations or in which places you find yourself hating your body more. Maybe it's when you go for a fashion walk, you know, you go to a fashion show, and then you're sitting there, and you feel like you're hating on yourself more. Avoid it. Avoid situations that do that and avoid people who make negative comments about other people's physical appearances. You should not be the person who makes comments about other people's physical appearances. Surround yourself with positivity. And each time you find a negative thought pops up in relation to your body image, acknowledge it, let it come and let it go. Do not indulge in it. Do not act on it. Okay? Take good care of yourselves. Love your body. Seriously, it's going to be the only thing sticking with you till you leave this world. So treat it with some kindness and respect because it's working for you so selflessly. So yes, take good care of yourself.
