Instructions:

2. Remove pin bones using tweezers, working against the grain.
3. Season salmon evenly with lemon pepper.
4. Let salmon rest 15–20 minutes while the grill heats.
5. Preheat pellet grill to 300°F.
6. Lightly oil grill grates.
7. Insert temperature probe into the thickest part of the fillet.
8. Place salmon on grill, thicker side closer to heat.
9. Cook until internal temperature reaches 140°F (about 15–20 minutes).
