It is a popular resort and holiday destination renowned for its beaches which stretch along some 21 kilometers of coastline. Estepona is one of the most popular year-round holiday destinations for both tourists and foreign residents alike on the Costa del Sol. Even today, the town manages to retain its old Andalusian charm. Its maze of white streets with picturesque squares, decked with colourful pots brimming with flowers, is the very essence of a coastal Andalusian town. Estepona conserves its customs and traditions and has blended them in seamless harmony with its modern and tourist-focused side.
