Supreme Court BACKS TRUMP in landmark cases

The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that migrants stopped before crossing into the United States do not have a statutory right to apply for asylum, clearing the way for the Trump administration to revive its controversial border "metering" policy. In a 6-3 decision, the justices overturned a lower court ruling that had blocked the practice, which limits the number of migrants allowed to seek asylum at U.S. ports of entry each day.
