Experiments with a stand alone AutoCoder

Technical details and demos on my stand alone AutoCoder. Sorry some of the diagrams went off the edge of the video but you can still make them out. I am using Ollama model qwen3-coder:30b. This is 30 billion weights but it only uses 4 billion at a time! So it can run locally. I use a seeded error cache for errors and planning stage. I also use a lessons-learned memory so it can remember common errors between sessions.
