• 3–4 raw mangoes (~500 g) (कच्ची कैरी / कच्चा आम)
• ½ tsp salt (नमक)
• 1–2 green chillies (हरी मिर्च)
• 2 small pieces ginger (अदरक)
• 1 handful fresh mint leaves (ताज़ा पुदीना)
• 1 tsp salt (नमक)
• 2 tsp black salt (काला नमक)
• 2 tsp roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर)
• 1 tsp fennel powder or seeds (सौंफ / सौंफ पाउडर)
• ½ tsp cardamom powder OR 1–2 cardamom (इलायची / इलायची पाउडर)
• 1 cup sugar (~250–300 g) OR mishri (चीनी / मिश्री)
• 1 lemon juice (नींबू का रस)
• 2–3 drops green food color – optional (हरा फूड कलर – वैकल्पिक)
• 3–4 tbsp syrup per glass (सिरप)
• Ice cubes as required (बर्फ के टुकड़े)
• A pinch salt + red chilli powder for rim (नमक + लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
