Now returning to the Sanctuary, it turns out Cicero went a bit off the deep end and became a Psychopath. Must we battle him? With my new PC I plan to redo my older, laggy, crash-prone playthrough, with more mods, some changed, and many returning. I haven't had a chance to test half of these so this is basically a blind playthrough in terms of mods.
