Huge Freeway Accident Sends Semi Into a Tree! I don't know how it's possible that no one got badly injured in this horrice traffic accident involving 2 semis with trailers, multiple cars and one very strong tree. CHP called us for the worst one, and a handful of other companies were called to clear the rest of the scene. Alex arrived on scene in Big Flipper, our 75ton rotator, and immediately got to work after assessing the damage and his game plan. It's always tricky when you work a wreck with other tow companies, but he's a team player and luckily this wreck was away from the others. Right away he knew that the best course of action would be to directly lift and pull everything back up to the freeway. Using the spreader bar here helped not only stabilize the trailer as it came up, but also prevented any damage to the trailer walls. The tractor portion was beyond totalled, and the best method to get that up was using an auxiliary cable to pull from the rim. Really wish I could have used Hulk 2.0 on this job, but Alex got it down to a science. Really would appreciate you subscribing if you like this content.
