What Happens Your 1st Day Of BJJ?

Everything that you feel on your 1st day of jiu-jitsu will probably last a week or 2. Except for the 3rd expectation you should have - that'll probably last throughout your entire BJJ journey. I love seeing new folks at the gym who are excited to come to class - their enthusiasm to become better martial artists and people will transfer into their personal/professional lives and it's the beauty of jiu jitsu!
