A Peaceful Morning in Rural Japan | Feeding Chickens & Cooking Fresh Eggs

This time, we visited Minakami, Gunma Prefecture, where we helped take care of chickens. Using freshly laid eggs collected that morning, we enjoyed tamago kake gohan — rice topped with raw egg — and oyakodon, a chicken and egg rice bowl.
