UPDATE: Authorities have charged the mother and adult daughter responsible for leaving Juju, Drako, and Eve to die while chained. These charges were filed after PETA discovered the dogs, alerted law enforcement, and worked to ensure action. We’ll push to ensure they can never own animals again.
