INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cups dark chocolate wafers
10-15 pretzel rods
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
1/2 cup chopped pistachios
1/4 cup chopped medjool dates
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add a little bit of water to a small saucepan. Bring the water to boil, then turn it down to medium low. Prep a sheet of parchment paper. Place a heat proof cup or jar into the saucepan. Add the dark chocolate wafers into the cup and stir until melted
2. Dip the pretzel rods into the melted chocolate, allow the excess to drip off, then place them onto the parchment paper. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts, pistachios, and medjool dates over the pretzel rods while the chocolate is still warm
3. Use a spoon to drizzle over some more chocolate if you'd like. Once the chocolate hardens you'll be able to remove them from the parchment paper easily
