Alone in the Forest: Building a Traditional Log Cabin by Hand

In this video, I spend my days alone deep in the forest, building a traditional log cabin completely by hand. Step by step, I cut and prepare each log, stacking them carefully to create strong, warm walls that will stand through any season. Every part of the cabin — from the foundation to the roof — is built using only simple tools, patience, and hard work. Inside, I craft handmade furniture — a wooden bed, a table, and chairs — turning the simple cabin into a comfortable and cozy home. Outside, I surround the house with a wooden fence, adding both protection and character. To make life in the forest complete, I also build a stone fireplace and outdoor stove, perfect for cooking meals and keeping warm during cold nights. This project is about more than just building — it’s about peace, solitude, and the joy of creating something real with your own hands.
