The Monaco GP Isn't Fit For Purpose Anymore

In this episode hosts Alex and Lydia debate whether or not the Monaco Grand Prix is still fit for purpose. Monaco is one of the most iconic races in the Formula 1 calendar but there were a number of issues with the 2026 race. This included Max Verstappen who qualified second but stalled on the starting grid and could not compete in the race. Charles Leclerc had issues with his brakes, leading to a dispute with the manufacturer and George Russell finished 12 after a dismal weekend picking up penalties in the race. Kimi Antonelli picked up his fifth consecutive race win putting to bed rumors he has gotten lucky this season, going almost 60 points clear in the driver's championship.
