Upon the recommendation of my Airbnb host in Kandy, I decided to drive to the iconic 'Ambuluwawa Tower' (which I don't recommend you climb if you're afraid of heights). I didn't consider that traveling around noon might cause a significant traffic jam at the top of the tower... which is exactly what happened. On my way back home, I stumbled across an old British post office box!!! (and mistook an active military barracks for an old British cricket club lol).
