Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids Recipe in English Ingredients: Prepare Filling: -Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp or to taste -Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tsp -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Lemon juice ½ tbs -Beef/Mutton boneless cubes 500g -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Water 1 Cup or as required -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke -Cooking oil -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful -Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped 3-4 tbs -Mozzarella cheese grated 60g or as required Prepare Dough: -Safed atta (White flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups -Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) sifted ¼ Cup -Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste -Sugar powdered 1 tsp -Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 1-2 tbs -Water lukewarm 1 Cup or as required -BBQ sauce 1 tbs or as required -Desi Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs or as required Directions: Prepare Filling: -In a bowl,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,red chilli crushed,pink salt,coriander powder,garam masala powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,cumin powder,black pepper powder,lemon juice & mix well. -Add beef & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour. -In frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated meat & mix well until it changes color. -Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until tender (25-30 minutes) check in between then cook on high flame until it dries up. -Let it cool. -In a chopper,add cooked beef,chop coarsely & give coal smoke for 1 minute. -Add onion,fresh coriander,spring onion,mozzarella cheese,mix well & set aside. Prepare Dough: -In a bowl,add white flour,whole wheat flour,pink salt,sugar,clarified butter & mix well it crumbles. -Gradually add water & knead until soft dough is formed. -Grease dough with clarified butter,cover & let it rest for 15 minutes. -Knead dough again until smooth. -Take 80g of dough,make a ball,dust dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin. -Add 60g of beef filling in the center,spread it & add BBQ sauce & apply water in the corners, cover with another rolled dough & press the corners to seal it. -Can be stored in ziplock bag for up to 1 month in freezer. -Heat griddle & fry paratha on medium flame from both sides with clarified butter (makes 5) & serve!
