Parenthood has taught us the power of movement around our baby. He loves to watch us workout and tries to emulate our every move. We set aside time every day to take him outdoors or expose him to different activities and he loves every minute of it. It’s helped so much with his motor skills and coordination which will translate more advanced skills as he gets older. 💙
