Costco’s new Lemon Custard Pie weighs over 4 pounds and costs $18. The custard is silky smooth and cuts cleanly, but the flavor surprised me. Instead of a bright lemon custard, it tastes more like a lemon bar with a hint of vanilla and a slightly eggy finish. Thin crust, lots of custard, and not overly sweet.
