It's a test to finish strong for each of our 4 minute work periods in today's AMRAP workout! We will have a nice long cool down so stick around to feel inspired and let your body truly cool off before heading on with the rest of your day (you deserve the recovery benefits, especially after the end of week 3 of this program! In our workout today we will have 4 minute work periods and 60 seconds of rest. In the first 3 minutes of every set you will complete 10 reps of 2 exercises as many rounds as you can back to back. In the LAST MINUTE of each 4 minute set, you will finish strong maxing out on the exercise that you are on as minute 3 comes to a close. This will be a true test of our strengths and our weaknesses so embrace where you are and stay honest to the format-you'll be so proud that you pushed that little extra bit!
