He said departments may still hold modest Christmas gatherings, explaining, “Para dili lang gyud kayo makuhaan ang atong budget… but we must remember that the city is facing financial difficulties.” Archival also confirmed that City Hall employees will still receive a Christmas bonus, though it will not be “extravagant.” #MyTVCebu #NestorArchival
