This comet moth (Argema mimosae) decided to fly around in my bedroom now I know I say ‘he loves lamp’ but I posted this video on another platform recently to receive a lot of negative comments about how I am not caring for the moth corny allowing him to fly near the light, so let me explain! I was holding him and recording him! To show everyone how beautiful he is. Not every has the opportunity to raise or ever see moths like this. I had the light in because it’s dark in the room He flew off and as I tried to pick him up he just kept flying around so I left him until he settled, just to avoid accidentally grabbing his wings or something like that. I then picked him up and put him away into his pop up insect net
