Wisconsin homicide suspect arrested following manhunt

Kenosha homicide suspect Marckus Plaza has been arrested following a shelter in place order for residents in the area of 75th St and 23rd Ave. Residents in the area of 75th Street and 23rd Avenue in Kenosha were asked to shelter in place until further notice on Thursday morning after investigators received information regarding Wednesday's homicide suspect may be in the area, the Kenosha Police Department announced.
