Description
I found a cheap Bunnings Yard King petrol lawn mower thrown out after 2 years of use. It still ran but was blowing engine oil smoke. This had me go to Bunnings to see this lawn mower in store. To my shock, horror and surprise I find two near identical lawn mowers both made in China but have a $105 difference in price. The more I looked at these lawn mowers the more I was spooked. I even asked a Bunnings staffer what's the difference and even they were confused.
So it's up to the audience to tell me how the Yard King lawn mower for $369 is different to the Cheetah lawn mower for $264. I need to understand the $105 difference in price. Hopefully I have portrayed what I saw in the Bunnings store accurately, stock was locked down onto shelf, price tickets were glued to shelving. Both lawn mowers are made in China and both have a 1 year limited domestic warranty. Maybe the yellow paint on the Yard King costs more that the green paint on the Cheetah lawn mower.
What was really unusual the online listings of these products indicated slightly different dimensions related to blades, wheels and boxing.
