Why Crimson Desert May Be the BIGGEST Game of the Year

The month of March isn’t just another date on a crowded release calendar, but a proving ground for developers. Within a span of just a couple of weeks, players will already be juggling choices between major launches like Marathon from Bungie and Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection.  There’s also the PC release of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, a sequel that has already proved its worth with the PS5 release last year. Stacked between these juggernauts is the upcoming Crimson Desert, which is set to release on 19th March, 2026 - and there’s a strong case to be had for this game ending up becoming one of the biggest games of the year.
