This Corner Lot Was a DISASTER - Now It’s Unrecognizable

The grass was getting crazy tall, the edges were super overgrown, and there were a ton of weed trees growing through and tangling themselves in the chainlink fence. I knocked on the door to see if anyone lived there but it was pretty obviously vacant. The next door neighbor actually told me that it was auctioned off last year and it hasn’t been mowed since.
