Make it ahead of time and reheat when you’re in a pinch! ⏱️ Cook Time: 1 hr. 🔥 350°F _Ingredients:_ - 4 zucchini, sliced - 1¾ cups ricotta cheese - 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese - 1 cup fresh mozzarella - 1 egg - 2 sheets puff pastry - 2 egg yolks (for egg wash) - fresh basil, for garnish - olive oil, for brushing - salt & pepper, to taste *1. Prep the zucchini* Preheat the oven to 350°F. Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into about ¼-inch thick strips and lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
