There was purpose in my work.” Natasha began as a Supply Staff Educator and grew into her role as a YMCA Child Care Manager, overseeing multiple centres across Scarborough. As a newcomer, she found confidence and belonging through mentorship and support at the Y. Today, she helps others discover their own voice and make a wider impact in their communities.
