*YUMMIEST* EGGLESS STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE LOAF

Episode 7 of #SimplyStrawberry, where everything is sweet, simple, and strawberry-filled🍓❤️ One slice of this eggless strawberry chocolate loaf cake is all it will take to make your monday better🥰 Ingredients ¾ cup vegetable oil 1 + ¼ cup castor sugar 1 cup yogurt ½ cup milk 1 + ½ cups all purpose flour ¾ cups cocoa powder ½ tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 7-8 strawberries, halved 1 dark chocolate bar Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a loaf pan. 2. Whisk together oil, sugar, yogurt, and milk until smooth. 3. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder. Add to wet ingredients and mix till just combined. 4. Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clean. 5. Once the cake has cooled, arrange halved strawberries over it in an evenly fashion. 6. Place the chocolate bar carefully over the strawberries.
