This Group Made a Huge Mistake

Gotta love when the Front Office can't get ahold of anyone who knows what's going on with a group contract. 🤦‍♀️ I can't tell you how many times we had this kind of issue at the convention hotels I worked at. Eventually it became a rule that the hotel employee(s) who were in charge of the group contract HAD to be on property the whole time the event was taking place. Didn't matter if it was the weekend or regular off days, someone had to be there so they could handle it when issues like this happened.
