Ingredients
Butter 60 grams
Milk 250 ml
Sugar 60 grams
Cocoa Powder 50 grams
Roasted Walnuts 50 grams
Biscuits crushed as required
White Chocolate 200 grams
Oil 30 grams
Raisins 50 grams
Red Cherries 50 grams
Method
First, melt butter and sugar in milk. Then add cocoa powder and mix well. Grind the roasted walnuts and add them to the mixture. Now mix in the crushed biscuits and set aside. Melt the white chocolate and add raisins and red cherries. Spread a layer of white chocolate mixture in a mold and let it cool slightly. Then add the prepared batter on top and spread evenly. Place it in the freezer for 2–3 hours to chill completely. Lastly, cut into slices and serve.
ROYAL CHOCOLATE FROSTY CAKE
Ingredients:
Egg 1
Sugar 130 grams
Flour 130 grams
Oil 65 grams
Yogurt 65 grams
Baking Powder 4 grams
Baking Soda 4 grams
Cocoa Powder 20 grams
Water 80 grams
Milk Powder 20 grams
For Frosting:
Chocolate 350 grams
Choco Haze 250 grams
Cream 250 grams
Whipping Cream as required
Method
In a bowl, mix egg, sugar, oil, and yogurt well using a hand whisk. Now add cocoa powder and mix thoroughly. Then add baking powder, baking soda, milk powder, and flour, and mix well. After that, add water and pour the batter into a 7-inch mold. Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes. For the frosting, melt dark chocolate and cream using a double boiler and prepare a ganache. Add choco haze to the ganache. Then mix in whipping cream to prepare the frosting. Layer the cake with the frosting and garnish the top with royal sauce.
