Then add cocoa powder and mix well. Grind the roasted walnuts and add them to the mixture. Now mix in the crushed biscuits and set aside. Melt the white chocolate and add raisins and red cherries. Spread a layer of white chocolate mixture in a mold and let it cool slightly. Then add the prepared batter on top and spread evenly. Place it in the freezer for 2–3 hours to chill completely. Now add cocoa powder and mix thoroughly. Then add baking powder, baking soda, milk powder, and flour, and mix well. After that, add water and pour the batter into a 7-inch mold. Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes. For the frosting, melt dark chocolate and cream using a double boiler and prepare a ganache. Add choco haze to the ganache. Then mix in whipping cream to prepare the frosting.
