Suspect arrested and accused of murdering his neighbor last week

During the weekend, David Richard Morris, 48, was arrested and charged with the murder of his downstairs neighbor, Jeffrey Blevins, 56.  The Polk County Sheriff’s Office and the Bartow Police Department worked together to solve the case. They say that a neighbor’s input helped guide them to the suspect.
