Women in Tourism – Mexitours, a business that supports women to empower themselves

Centre Stage aims to put a focus on women’s empowerment within the tourism sector, including the involvement of public institutions and businesses, with the active support of civil society. This UN Tourism programme was implemented in Mexico in 2022 with the collaboration of different tourism businesses that committed to improving the professional situation of women in tourism, leading efforts towards gender equality in the sector.
