An elevated wellness terrace with a panoramic pool, landscaped zones and curated leisure spaces forms a central feature of the development. Hospitality Integration Adding to the gravitas of this address is the upcoming THE Park Hotel, also designed by Gensler. With 218 rooms, this luxury hospitality landmark is envisioned as a vibrant destination for the city, offering curated banquet and event spaces, signature dining experiences, dynamic nightlife venues, and dedicated wellness and leisure facilities.
