Pumpkin Face Treats

https://www.ricekrispies.ca/en/recipes/pumpkin-face-treats-recipe Ingredients 1/4 cup margarine or butter 250 g (1 pkg) (about 40) regular marshmallows or 5 cups miniature ½ tsp vanilla (optional) - Orange food colouring 6 cups Rice Krispies® cereal - Black Licorice pieces - Black and green icing Directions In a large microwave safe bowl, heat margarine or butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 2 minutes, stirring halfway until melted and smooth. Add the vanilla extract and orange food colouring and stir to combine. Add extra food colouring as needed to reach the desired colour. Add the Rice KrispiesⓇ cereal and stir until well coated. Using wet hands form the mixture into pumpkin shapes and set aside. Use black icing to add the eyes and mouth to each pumpkin. Secure the black licorice to top as the stem using icing, and pipe leaves at the base of each stem using a flat piping tip. Best if served the same day.
