PlayStation recently announced price increases for PS Plus Essential, which is essentially a price increase for basic online multiplayer that is paywaylled behind this subscription. With all of the other price increases we have already seen recently and with this being a digital subscription service, "market conditions" is no longer an excuse people are tolerating.
