Martin Company plant in Baltimore, Maryland. Full production line showing construction of the bombers, test flights and operational flights 1940's Shot of the outside of a factory – large construction hangar is visible, and there is also two aircraft’s noses seen on the left of the shot, with about seven people walking by them, all seem to be wearing white shirt and black trousers. The open hangar front-on, a small tractor is towing a B-26 Marauder out of the hangar which has no propellers, while workers, some in suit and trousers, some in white overalls, are moving about inside the hangar, the narrator illustrates this is only one of America’s many factories and one of thousands of bombers. Shot from the left side of the bomber, shot pans from the front to the tail as it is being towed along, other stationary bombers are also visible behind it, along with more workers, the bomb bay doors are also open on the bomber which are visible in this shot. Shot from the left side of the bomber of it being towed along a concrete runway, while the hangar is visible is the background and more bombers are also seen in the mid-ground, during this and the previous shot, the narrator tells us that the bomber is an “Angel of Death”, bringing death to the enemies of freedom and America. Shot of two rows of bombers parked outside, the camera looks between the rows – all of the bombers are facing to the right and away from the camera, over ten bombers seen, all have covers over their glass cockpits/turrets. Shot looking down a row of bombers, the bombers are facing away from the camera, about five or six are visible, covers are seen on the engines, which have no propellers. Three rows of bombers facing the camera, the camera pans to the left to clearly show us two rows of them – there are about eight in each row, all have covers over their engines and cockpits, during this and the last two shots, the narrator exaggerates how many bombers America has and how many are currently being built. Shot of the front of a bomber taken from the front-left, the three of the bomber’s crew, wearing flight suits and the pilot is wearing a peak cap, are seen getting ready to climb into the aircraft, the aircraft has no covers on and is ready to fly, the narrator tells us this is a test flight, and that every part of every aircraft is tested under combat conditions. Shot taken just in front of the nose wheel of the aircraft showing the crew entering the aircraft from the hatch underneath.
