In the hands of Yuuki Kamakura, the Y's Produce 4-rotor RX-7 is a fast piece of kit with a sub 1 min lap at Tskuba and a 1:31.3 at Eastern Creek (before some crowd pleasing celebrations led to a DNF sadly!) under his belt. Despite more than looking the part, this car has been developed in a very clever way, including using as many 'off the shelf' parts you might not expect to see in a 4-rotor build, as Connor explains.
